Outback Steakhouse must be a shared memory of most of the Hongkongers. A good deal of US steak set with a large potion of green salad, unlimited black-sugar buns and a cup of red soup. On the top of order, a devil dish of cheese fries and another fatty yummy cheese-cake or chocolate cake with a big ball of vanilla ice-cream.

Texas Burger, is comparably a late-entry of Burger World in Hong Kong, a little similar to Burgerman, it tends to be normal and closer to the public consumers. Well, I was very impressed after my first visit there; to my understanding, their foods are more than 'normal'; Texas, is a worthy one to try!

Burger fever keeps on going in Hong Kong within a list of Best Burger Names in town. It seems that an individual running burger shops has much wider fame in the public, compared to those higher-standard hotel restaurants or western restaurants. Burgerman, is another successful case which comes out from the hidden area in Kowloon.

Before going into details, I hereby give a pre-reading impression. It's comparable cheap with a normal standard of quality which is just matched to the price. Very welcome and nice shop for the local neighbors and expats as well.

Eclipse Group has new opening recently in Soho Gourmet area, still in their signature U.S. style, this time what they are playing is Southern American BBQ and craft beers. Having a causal walk in Soho area, you will be so surprised by the fast switching of restos there, and this sharp orange color restaurant is just there, with a complete opening bar design, typical bar/pub design; I love the way to enter into the restaurant directly through the wall area instead of door (is that called 'side-door' ?!)

A-Burger-Takeover is on-going since the 1st Round of Vinny Lauria's Meatball Burger. Don't know The Butchers Club? Are you kidding? It is one of the hottest burger shop in town!!! Located in Wanchai, the new rising dining block for Hongkongers and Expats, following Soho gourmet area. Their dry-aged Angus Beef cheeseburger, is absolutely must-try item, and actually except the yum-yum to be introduced, I would like to say something about the concept the lovely crew told me that day...

The restaurant has two parts, outdoor terrace and indoor bar & dining place. Even indoor, it is well separated into smoking (bar) and non-smoking (dining) area, while of course, you can have your meal/snacks wherever you prefer. For it's quite popular in expats, the overall culture of this bar & restaurant is international and English-speaking. Classic American cuisine, you won't miss burgers, fries and maybe the yummy potato dishes; but also they have simple pasta to serve, as most of western restaurants do nowadays. What I love is their casual environment for a drink or for a meal, and for sure, the attractive deal in the happy hours.

體驗一晚美式豪邁的意大利菜

Angelo’s 位於尖沙咀地鋪的餐廳擁有超級寬敞的地下空間，紅黑主調的空間，以錯落有致的掛畫裝飾，這一晚是美國牛肉主題夜，啖啖肉到讓人甚感罪惡。

一日之計在於晨【Green Waffle Diner】

香港的waffle專賣店說多不多說少不少，大多也都集中在港島區，若是提起中環，必然要屬嘉咸街的Green Waffle。週末睡個大大懶覺，起來收拾屋企，擦上防曬隔離帶上黑框（幾乎素顏露嗮全部熊貓眼、痘印、瑕疵出來），屁顛屁顛搭上小輪飄到中環，一早便約定友人來打發這一日，便從“朝日早餐”（其實是Brunch了）開始。一直覺得自己私底下覓食有個無計劃的壞習慣，首選Openrice account里收藏的食肆，但常常最後的歸宿是素未蒙面的“冷眼”小店。

Green Waffle不算大眾，但也頗有名氣，全靠其新鮮熱整的waffle為其贏得聲譽、人流與利潤。店鋪在嘉咸街與Hollywood道的交叉口，對於一個不常踩高凈鞋，這日又偏偏踩了一雙很沒難度的高凈鞋出街的我來說，這個斜坡讓我每一步都膽戰心驚！店面“搭”在高起的平台上，走上幾個階梯便是凹進去入口，簡單貼這些宣傳海報以及openrice“光榮榜”，但最為吸引我的無疑是占了幾乎四分三的敞開式露臺，兩個韓國客人恰恰坐在這個極佳的位子聊得歡快，在門口等候侍應安排就坐的我與友人是無比羡慕這個頗有法式悠閒的檯位（小透露一句，友人竟然就住在對街，落街十秒便抵達，讓我那顆想要搬去中上環的心又活絡起來）。

八國聯軍大戰太陽國！【The Steak House Winebar + Grill】

昨夜是個風雨夜，天氣真是變得離譜，像極了矯情女的性情！記得很久之前與兩位因試食飯局而相識的女友人談起要去Intercontinental試下傳說中的巨型綠茶心太軟，終於等去了中國年，等去了復活節，終於等來了這一晚！正因如此大家也顯得特別期待，這一夜更是將隊伍壯大到八國聯軍的架勢，一行八人放工即可從四面八方往TST匯集，為的就是 The Steak House Winebar中的這一個大大大“太陽”！

入正題前我一定要吐槽下洲際，承認是有高級酒店的氣派與架勢，可是雨夜中讓我踩著水繞過一大個停車場、上樓梯、穿過至少一百米的露天！長廊、轉彎才入到酒店門口！！真是百感交集。。。一定要挑一天陽光明媚的下午故地重“走”一遍！

Bread+Sauce+Vegi+Cheese+Beef+Bread=Healthy【Burger Box】

曾經在微博上看到一對很有意思的圖片，把漢堡視為垃圾食品，但把漢堡的每一層分解開擺盤成All-Day-Breakfast的樣子就變成均衡營養的一餐了；很傳神，讓人一笑之餘也有一瞬的反思，其實垃圾食品不等於漢堡，垃圾的應該是那些不正確加工處理出來的食材而已。於是，這晚多謝Cafe Deco公關的邀請來到銅鑼灣世貿4F盡頭尋找【紅色小盒】

甜飲 濃食 悅享【The Dog House】

計劃以外的飯局往往會帶來意料不到的收穫，天色漸暗的某一日接到友人的開飯邀請，一聽原來是想要去尖東地下的戶外Bar 放放風，想想自己也挺乖，竟然一次都沒有真真正正的享受過香港這邊如此方便又優質的Bar 生活，便一口答應，當即改變行進方向直奔TST-East！

8時左右來到尖東的永安商場地下，一字排開的餐廳早已人聲鼎沸，有些已經開始夜晚Happy Hour 的Live Band Show，時晚的開飯地點是The Dog House。好似Tom&Jerry 裏面的那隻大笨狗一樣，帶著些Rock味的醉狗一隻，兩眼呆滯充滿血絲，大大的舌頭收也收不進嘴裡，一邊對著麥，一邊還不忘爪握酒杯，美式Bar味甚濃！餐廳的Indoor 空間與Outdoor 部份一般大，幾乎沒什麼人“躲”在室內，即使當晚也有些涼意。餐廳正中搭起一個高臺，當晚的Live Show 由一班熱情洋溢的東南亞裔樂隊獻唱，唱的也都是一些耳熟能詳，調動氣氛的歌，雖然有些聲波太大印象聊天，但大家還是非常享受的。

食得健康【Oliver's Super Sandwiches】

如果有追看我博客或是其他飲食網站上的文章，應該知道剛過去的上一年我曾在自己學校里開設的利華超級三文治店(Oliver's Super Sandwiches) 用過餐，並且給了大大的中評，原因無外乎漂亮印刷廣告與實物的差距太大造成本人心裡上的巨大落差。

前幾天約了朋友在太古“交易”順便食頓健康清腸餐，在繁忙的路口環顧了下，眼光自然就落到開在街口位置，頗有些美式小鎮風格的Oliver's；雖說是賣三文治的美式快餐店，這一家的裝修明顯與校園店有區別，轉念一想，到也正應了“學生”與“上班族”的本質區別。

聖誕節食雪糕火鍋【Haagen-Dazs】

又是聖誕節，早前各大商場已提早一個多月的時間拉開聖誕節的序幕，這日也有幸應邀參加Haagen-dazs推出的聖誕精選Blogger 活動。地點選在希慎廣場L6的旗艦店，店內設有多個沙發軟座，平日裡逛街逛累了也可來這裡坐坐，地方夠寬敞，位置也並非街邊小鋪那般喧鬧，大可以與三五好友坐上幾個鐘，店內除了傳統的雪糕、雪糕蛋糕，也有凍熱飲品供應，不知雪糕做得出色的H咖啡是否也一樣有驚喜。

比想像中的稍稍出色【肯德基】

早前在FB上看到KFC的新漢堡緊跟麥記的新品而來，更請上周姓“女神”來做推廣，線上線下搞足噱頭，又是遊戲又是活動，吸引一班好“肉”之徒趕去嘗鮮，我也是其中一份子，不過好的當然只是雞肉啦~ KFC在香港遠遠不及麥記的規模，市場佔有率也是少的可憐巴巴，轉眼看大陸市場，就拿上海來說，滿大街的大紅色KFC標牌不算，市區裡的門市店往往都是生意火爆，就算有麥記，漢堡王等等連鎖快餐分一杯羹，依然撼動不了KFC在大陸同胞心中的地位，也許是“念舊”的感情因素吧，要是我沒記錯，KFC是第一家進駐上海的西式快餐店，即使在國外麥記才是真正的“街頭街尾處處有”，但在國內KFC盡占了first-mover 的優勢！另外，在香港的KFC有著“家鄉雞”的別稱，看來也是做緊niche market 避開與強大麥記的正面交鋒，到底KFC主打的是雞類食品而非漢堡，大家去KFC最愛的除了葡撻應該就是雞腿了吧？而食漢堡也只是爲了中間夾著的那一大塊雞腿肉！

這日我便也是沖著8層“大”漢堡而去，附加期望則是35蚊套餐中的葡撻，偏愛牛油酥皮蛋撻的我，平日裡總是可以避開葡撻，偶爾也會想念一下需要食一個回味回味~ 可惜當晚興衝衝到達山東街上的KFC，才知山東街門店是不設葡撻供應的( ⊙ o ⊙ ) 無奈我的35蚊套餐裡的兩款小食，葡撻以及反鬥薯被轉成巴辣雞粒以及粟米棒 ╮(╯▽╰)╭
