SEAFOOD & PASTA | OSTERIA | HONG KONG
Summer season, paired with seafood inspired summer menu, would be an attractive deal. Osteria by Holiday Inn in Tsim Sha Tsui, keep their monthly refreshing menu and this August, would be the stage of seafood. The seafood promotion menu covers mostly fresh veggies and shell category seafood, like scallops, crab, mussels and lobster, ranged from $300 to $500 around; and of course, presenting by the traditional Italian concept.

7 ISSUE ABOUT BIRTHDAY BUFFET NIGHT | THE FOOD GALLERY | HONG KONG
Another birthday night, another great year comes. I was feeling so blessing to spent the Birthday Dinner with the food-lovers and friends with those seven outstanding issues in The Food Gallery, the buffet restaurant in Langham Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui, which was well matched to its name by the cozy and chic dining environment and lovely buffet items from cold cuts till desserts!
Compared to other hotel (buffet) restaurant, this one has really limited space, while normal 4-seat square/round table, long bench, semi-round sofa table and even they offer bar-table for 4-6 along the window with beautiful and busy view of Tsim Sha Tsui shopping street. The buffet is impressive and amazing, for it is offering the best quality and smart attractions to the Hongkong eaters, within its limited buffet counters. That day, they even kicked out the new selection of buffet dessert, which is featured by Lady-Highheels (cupcake) dessert table. The looking of those lovely cupcakes are marvellous from the perfect matching game with bright colors, the creative ideas of flavor combination. They have chocolate with strawberry as normal one, rose vanilla (pink one with sun flower), mango & lemon (summer fresh yellow one), etc
Without doubt, I ranked their new cupcake collection as No. 1 Issue, well, it is followed by another 6 issues which I cannot wait to share with food-lovers.

SAVEURS DU MONDE | GODIVA X RITZ-CARLTON | HONG KONG
Right before I jumped into crazy working mode, I had this such cheering and amazing chocolate featured afternoon tea with my fellow sweet plus hightea fellows. Ritz-Carlton's afternoon tea seems never to stay away something related to chocolate and high-end. This Autumn (October & November, Cafe 103 of Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong pairs with Godiva, to present ONLY one-month chocolate signature hightea set. The big man behind this concept, Godiva Chief Chocolatier, Philippe Daue, named it as [ SAVEUR DU MONDE ]
Wooooo, to be translated, it's a worldwide chocolate journey (hope my basic-basic French is working well now), and let's see :P

AFTERNOON TEA SET | SKY LOUNGE SHERATON HOTEL | HONG KONG
There are a lot of afternoon tea choices in Tsim Sha Tsui, from buffet to hightea set, while having a comfort afternoon tea with a nice bird view of Hong Kong Island, would be not that easy to find or book. A decent and lazy afternoon with everything just easy? I made a try to Sheraton's in Sky Lounge, and the new Afternoon Tea Set for the coming autumn was a bit different by its French-style with oriental elements.

SPANISH SMALL BITES | ESPUMA | HONG KONG
Spanish cuisine is no longer special in Hong Kong, following the mass Spanish culinary restaurants popping up; but Spanish-theme cafe seems a new word. Espuma, a young Spanish cuisine line, is quietly exploring Hong Kong, from their first cafe in Tsim Sha Tsui.
Cafe is the basic definition of Espuma, exactly the same as this Spanish word, making some fresh & new foam to eaters in Hong Kong. Novell, the mature Spanish brand, is bring Espuma coffee beans from Barcelona and a line of Spanish dishes and tapas in lighter version to form up the Premium European-style cafe, meanwhile, they are localized by inputing Japanese-Taiwan desserts and drinks to cater younger eaters.

HULLETT HOUSE AFTERNOON TEA | THE PARLOUR | HONG KONG
I have tried the 'All-You-Can-Eat' Dim Sum in the Chinese restaurant under Hullett House Dining Group, which impresses me a lot by their unique style of old 'western' Hong Kong. This time, we are heading to The Parlour, for a cozy afternoon time.
The Parlour is like the face of Hullett House when you climb up to the terrace where the historic canons are. The Chinese bamboo-made windows in a classic red is always beautiful, but in the typhoon day, we cannot relax outside. Actually besides the classic English afternoon tea set, another Chinese one, named 'Old Hong Kong' is also served with those familiar items, such as pineapple bun, bird's nest and egg tart, deep fried shrimp toast, etc.

Healthy Lunch in the Air
One shiny and warm weekend of October in 2013, we went to the 29th floor of iSquare in Tsim Sha Tsui, just for a promotion-like price of lunch semi-buffet in Sorriso Italian Cuisine. As the Italian restaurant in TST and enjoying a bird-view of TST Harbour and Hong Kong Island, we even don't mind nothing but the sunny, shiny and brightly luncheon atmosphere!

Loong Toh Yuen 隆濤院
Loong Toh Yuen, hidden in Hullett House, 1881 Heritage, in Tsim Sha Tsui. A re-packaged Chinese-Cantonese restaurant serves traditional Cantonese All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum Delight during lunch time, 7 days. It really costs some time for me to find this restaurant, to be honest, I just go around over 3 times, trying to locate it by Google Map and myself without disturbing others. Failed, finally, I went across the long dark lane, reached the backyard (quite Beijing old building style, Si-He-Yuan), pointed by restaurant staff by recognizing my searching-something face, and find the door.
Of course, not-easy journey didn't bother my sense on those details. I love the simple design of the whole building, meanwhile decorated with a lot Chinese elements, bamboo, water and peony (or camellia? I'm absolutely not familiar to flowers, anyone pls correct me). Full white painted wall is decorated by only one tiny corner of Chinese painting flower or bamboo bird cage - a little Zen.
