LITTLE BITES IN MACAU | MACAU

Macau is not only a place to rule the bank account, but a place to rule your stomach!!! My first trip to Macau is ONLY group meal in local restaurant, both Portuguese and Cantonese (seafood resto), which is not what I want and expect to this small but active tourism city one step by Hong Kong. Finally I was too excited to travel there again, and ALONE, which might be not that ideal for foodie's crazy eating-around plan (limited by stomach space), but at least perfect type to go for...

...a small bite trip.

EGG EGG TARTS TARTS | MACAU

Macau Macau!!! Tarts Tarts!!! Every time talking about Macau, I just cannot stop to miss those lovely palm-size tarts; freshly made, hot-hot, crispy-layered, sweet or savory, and fatty-fatty :D (Com-on, all delicious food in this world would not be a 'healthy & non-fat' item!!!)

I was so happy about my last weekend holiday in Macau, which at least freed me a full afternoon and night plus a short morning to explore the real local Macau foods! Can you imagine how pissed-off I feel that I have been to Macau 3 times but tried ONLY Margaret's Portuguese Tart!!! Finally I have my second exploration of egg tarts this time and gonna share with you as usual.

SOHO OF MACAU | CITY OF DREAMS | MACAU

You might have already known that Macau has a Soho gourmet zone, but I guess you are still hesitate to give a try when facing to so many choices among Macau's local restaurants and street foods. Well, the new opening Soho in City of Dreams is absolutely qualified enough for a visit even you are so spoiled as a Hong Kong eater. It is spacious, convenient, causal while good served dining, and it offers an international culinary selection in a place which is quite ideal for visitors who are always rushing here and there in Macau; hopefully you are not the one spend too much time in casino :D

This time I visited two restaurants under Shelter Group, Hongjiade Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup & EL Pinball Mexican Restaurant. The Korean one is among other restaurants in Soho, while the Mexcian one is totally on the other side, near McDonald's.
