要寫一篇cafe文不簡單，全因單刀赴會，最多食得落一杯咖啡一份蛋糕，然而cafe里除了這個黃金組合又能選什麽呢？
A common menu of cafe shop, regular coffee and some special (not that special as Starbucks or other chain cafes) & tea drinks. In the counter, that's a serious of afternoon choices, cakes (cheesecake, mousse, cream cup, tart, puff), pies, sandwiches and boxes of salad. To be honest, Allegretto offers a very wallet-friendly tasting list and a very casual & relax sitting area in-store.

Order one medium mochaccino and request 3D milk foam (if you want cute 3D milk foam as topping, DO remember to remind the server when you are ordering!!! Coz 3D is just a self-enjoyment of shop staff, it's not open to the regular menu. And 3D foam is only for mochaccino & cappuccino).
Allegretto 這個字眼最近在blogger 圈內出現率挺高，全因可愛至極的3D拉花咖啡；order時問了櫃檯的staff，原來3D拉花之由來全屬職員的玩味之作，而非on the menu，故大家有興趣記得要提醒職員特意為你造一個！（只有mochaccino & cappuccino可做3D）當然需時也會稍長些，間中就來份蛋糕先吃著吧。

The sleepy and lazy cat is laying on the brown and white coffee foam. Is that too lovely?! Foam is ok, light with a ratio of air mixed in, tastes slightly milky. What I appreciate is not only the cute foam but the flavor of mocha! It's 'real' mocha, not 'candy sweet', not bitter, just smooth and soft at right point, leaving you a second-layer tasting of coffee bean fragrance.
也許是今年香港的雨季太過冗長擾人的關係，3D拉花的貓貓也無精打采的趴著上來，但依然不失可愛本色！奶泡較輕盈，淡淡的奶香；注意力都被3D拉花引了去，其實摩卡也是品質出品，比起連鎖咖啡店，這裡的mochaccino來的更濃郁，更“咖啡”，且不覺苦澀，入口也順滑，更帶有點點烘焙咖啡豆的餘香。

Then let's talk about the sweet! I'm a new-stuff-lover, thus after seeing a cake called Milano Cheesecake (strawberry), I made my decision. The staff introduces it as a special cheesecake with lemon-flavor base and strawberry jelly mixed with cheese cream covering.
The appearance is similar to normal strawberry cheesecake. You can find fresh strawberry-red berries mixed with crystal jelly on the top, lightly yellow cheese cream in the middle and brown thick tart as base. The texture is not too hard or too loose, but when you eat it, you will find less hydration ratio of cheese cream compared to normal one, thus it's not that smooth. Besides the base is largely different with a loose structure and a lot sugar squares in it. Thus when you chew he base part, it's like a tart made of biscuit and brown sugar, and then sweet and very sweet... Even I'm dessert & sweet lover, I don't think I can handle it without a cup of coffee! Thus to try or not, you know in mind.

Milano Cheesecake（士多卑利口味）是個新事物（對我而言），當然也就要點來嘗新。職員介紹說，米蘭芝士蛋糕的不同之處在於其略帶檸檬酸味的餅底以及混合了吉士與啫喱的topping。
芝士蛋糕看來並無特別，頂層有許多小粒鮮果包裹在啫喱醬內，酸度超凡。芝士蛋糕的主體比起普通的要來的水分少很多，故口感不覺滑潤，反倒是有些粉粉的；餅底挺特別，除了常規的牛油味餅底其中加入不少看得見的糖顆粒，吃起來淅淅瀝瀝的厲害，且甜度超凡！相信不會再有encore 的可能了，大酸大甜起落太大，加之過於鬆散的餅底，與發揮平平的芝士層，嘗新失敗。
All in all, Allegretto is a good place to relax alone or chat with friends. The classic black and red color design in shop can make you feel relax but not sleepy. And remember to catch the lovely kitty foam with your camera or phone!!
