Weekdays after work, rushing home, and what you want to do is just resting in sofa and even too lazy & tired to move your finger, while normally my stomach will start to complaint, shout towards me, pushing me up and please it.
Wanna prepare your dinner within only 5 minutes (or even less), but also delicious, healthy and good-looking? Here, I just shared my last experience about the love between avocado and egg yolk, of course oven realize their love. Interestingly, the cooking recipe is found on Facebook by chance :)
All you need to prepare before entering into your lovely kitchen and make a big mass:
- Avocado * 1 in good quality (Very soft would be nice!)
- Egg * 1
- Black Pepper
- Sea Salt
Get your egg, split yolk with egg white. Cut avocado in halves, replace core by the egg yolk; be careful, don't pour too much yolk inside. Warm your oven around 150C for few minutes, and place those halves on one foil sheet. I'm pretty sure, some yolk will come out, just ignore it. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, personally, I just keep an eye on the change of yolk, and also you can control the time depending on your personally preference of the yolk texture (liquid/ semi-liquid/well done). When it is done, pour some sea salt & black pepper on the top, for dressing and also for decoration (just relax, no need to worry it will become too salty :))
Then, lovely easy dinner is done, 5 mins to prepare or even less, 20 minutes to wait, and taste soften, creamy and healthy if you make some fresh fruits as side dishes.
For someones love cheese, one piece of cheddar cheese is never too good for this dish. Just cover the egg yolk before send them into the oven, and all other process remain the same.
