Metropole Hotel focuses more on the Chinese/Traditional Cantonese Cuisine than western side, and if in the weekends, I find their Chinese restaurant really has high seat-occupancy and most of clients are Macau locals; is that a symbol of good quality?! Compared to HK's restaurant for Yum-Cha activity, Metro's restaurant offers more space and even a big private room for a group of people. Service and decoration in the room are both in a decent standard.
京都酒店的中餐廳相當不錯，週末的中午時段幾乎是滿座且有大把澳門人幫襯，想必精明能幹的澳門人是相當滿意其質素與服務的。午式除了點菜之外當然少不了點心，週末，特別是週日，舉家飲茶的文化與習慣在澳門一樣重要。京都的中餐廳有兩層，大堂座位也相當寬敞、亮堂，包房更是尊貴大方。
鮑魚滑雞粥
Start from porridge with abalone and chicken, really fresh, light starter to warm up your stomach, and the texture of porridge is 'al dent'.

Really eye-catching Dim-Sum, and very traditional Cantonese Yum-Cha items. Both are with a big size, and the pork & shrimp steamed dumpling with yellow skin outside is really good-tasting, especially mentioned the natural sweet taste coming from the pork and the clear texture when you are chewing carefully. This is quite impressive to me, coz you can rarely find this standard in Hong Kong already.

蝦子撈麵 & 蜂巢荔芋角
This dish always reminds me the sophisticated Chinese cooking skills. Light and crispy fried flour slides round up the mashed sweet potato inside. Don't need to much seasoning, the natural sweet is more than enough. Yummy but very fat dish :) But who cares!
竹笙上湯魚滑浸莧菜 & 瑤柱蛋白炒飯
Well done fried rice with rich vegetables and the vegetables are still kept fresh and juicy. Together, they give a refreshing taste for the whole dish.
It;s quite mild dessert which has not too much sugar and almond taste inside; I guess most of people won't say 'No' to it, especially you have sweet teeth.
