Sweets in Private

Christmas, seems not suitable for who those green immigrants, not mentioned those haven't settled down in the city. When everyone's being with family and old friends, we are hanging out for some quiet and private atmosphere. Finding that Xmas night is unexpectedly 'sleepy', even in Soho.

Walked up to the Elgin Street, here's my second place for the drink that early night. Soiree - a kind of private gathering place for close friends. 

Deco & Music: Decorated in black and golden. Early night we just encountered the music sounded a little wired, exotic with middle-east elements, quite catering to the bar. Of course, when clock turns to 7pm, music comes back to modern chic ones. Located in Elgin Str, enjoying less noisy environment, quite good place for a friend-friend gathering and conversation, or maybe a private party.

Drink & Food: Just searching for some sweets and new tastes. To be honest, the martini promotion board raised our interest a lot when we were passing by. Recommended by bartender, and now recommend by myself after trying, is their Daiquiri menu. Based on rum, cocktail glass dressed with chocolate power (chocolate rim). 

For refreshing, I recommend the Passion Fruit & Frosted Mint! Looking into the fluffy rim, feel a little warmer in this chili season right? Soft and creamy taste, similar to Advocaat. Throat is cooled down by the strong mint flavor, even can make you forget about passion fruit's sweet. 

For sweet, I recommend the Guava & Rose. Pink foam layer with simple presentation of sexy rose petal like a woman with rose pink lip in the night. The texture is even more creamy, strong floral taste, sweet but no too much, I guess it's balanced by guava fruit which always a little bitter and strange-tasting (personal opinion towards guava :). 

Price: Happy Hour half price for Martini & Daiquiri menu, totally about 10 choices, enjoying a comfortable and relax atmosphere, good deal!

I think I will come back soon to check out the remaining Daiquiri with other flora flavors.
